We are a ship management and oil trading company, managing a total of 22 bunker vessels and coastal tankers for our parent company and other principals. We are looking for:
Office Manager
Requirements:
* Have a complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, and practices.
* Proven planning and organizational skills including administration.
* Full-time positions available.
* Good interpersonal skill, organized and communicative.
* Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any disciplines and preferably from a reputable university.
* Min. 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
* Applicant must be willing to handle and manage any office documents, policies, national and international procedure of correspondences, etc.
