The Role
They seek a Principal Geologist with duties that will range from reservoir characterisation of producing fields to defining exploration prospects. Your duties will involve several of the following areas; Constructing and updating 3D static reservoir models, calculating reserves for fields and prospects, assessing risk, working on drilling programmes with geophysicists and drilling and reservoir engineers, operational involvement in drilling wells, assisting in development programmes.
Experience required
You should ideally have 10+ years experience as a Geologist and have previous experience of working for an E&P organisation, although applications from strong consultancy candidates would also be welcome, as would applications from very strong candidates with slighly less than 10 years experience.
