Control Technician (Ref: EP0905513)
(U.A.E. - Abu Dhabi)
Responsibilities:
# Will carry out the skilled installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of field instrumentation, control room equipment (DCS, PLC and TMR ESD) in the operating plants by adhering to the work specifications, following the proper standards and taking the appropriate HSE precautions.
# To do troubleshooting and defect repair, deciding on suitable methods of repair by dismantling, assembling, replacement or refurbishment of the needed parts.
Requirements:
# Diploma in Instrument Engineering PLUS 5 years of work experience in production facilities in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry.
# Must be familiar with CMMS, hazardous areas and HSE policies.
# Applicants with experience in Mechanical or Electrical can be considered.
Senior Condition Monitoring Technicians (Ref: EP0905512)
(U.A.E. - Abu Dhabi)
Responsibilities:
# Will carry out Condition Monitoring of the plant and off-site installed Rotating Equipment by On-Line and Off-line Data acquisition techniques and data analysis.
# To maintain various Condition Monitoring Equipment and also the data in the Computerized system.
# To propose measures to improve reliability & availability of plant rotating equipment and minimize failures.
Requirements:
# Diploma or equivalent technical qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical or Instrumentation preferred).
# Undergone specialized training in vibration analysis and other Condition Monitoring Techniques, with a minimum of 6 years in the field of Condition Monitoring in the petrochemical / Refinery / Oil & Gas plants.
# Working experience of Bently Nevada / CSI / SKF / IRD - PC based On-Line & Off-Line Condition Monitoring systems (Hardware & Software).
# Knowledge of high speed complex rotating equipment and their maintenance techniques, repairs, diagnostics and fault analysis. (Multistage steam turbines, pumps, motors, gearboxes, turbo compressors, screw compressors, Extruders, Reciprocating Compressors etc).
# Practical knowledge of CMMS systems like SAP,
# Knowledge of English. PC literate. etc.
