OPERATION MANAGER
Requirements :
• Engineering Degree,
• Experience in Oil & Gas Industry and similar position,
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, able to elaborate comprehensive and well written proposals,
• Management and communication skills,
• Result oriented, cost minded, capable to handle pressure and to meet deadlines.
Your duty will be to manage our office in Kalimantan and to support to our Area Manager.
Main duties :
• To be responsible for the preparation, submission and execution of contracts in terms of scope, schedule and budget,
• To manage the interface within the office and with clients,
• To develop effective and technically proper management,
• Assist the Area Manager,
• To gather and monitor information regarding customer satisfaction and analyze on improvement areas,
• Manage the office on a day to day activity,
• Facilitate inter department communication,
• To optimize schedule, report and act on any deficiency.
