Our Client, an oil and gas company in Qatar is currently looking for :
1. Interface/PTW Coordinator – 65282
Our major international client requires an Interface & PTW Coordinator for an ongoing contract in Qatar.
Basic Function and Scope :
Act as “Focal Point” between Project, Shareholders, EPC Contractors, Ventures, Government Agencies, Permit Authority, and different Project Teams.
Coordinates responsibilities with the EPC Contractor s Interface Management Team and ensures the every-day activities, workload, manpower and all other activities of the Team support the approval cycle requirements.
Liaise with Construction and Commissioning groups and Contractors to ensure all phases of the project are completed in full compliance with Company s Safety Policy, Best Practices and all other related standards and schedules.
Ensures all activities are completed on-schedule, correlate, document and record all correspondence relating to the construction, commissioning and startup within the Interface Register.
Minimum Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in commissioning/operating/monitoring production and process equipment and associated systems in petroleum industry.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work with MS Excel, Word, and Access.
2. Venture Business Manager – 65285
Our major international client requires a Venture Business Manager for an ongoing contract in Qatar.
Basic Function & Scope :
Manage various divisions (Plant Engineering Projects Division, Ventures Business Division, and Documents & Standards Section), leading a team of engineers performing Detail Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning of Projects, and Controlling the Company Documents & Standards. Mentor a staff of 30+ and be fiscally responsible for multiple projects and staffing.
Minimum Requirements :
• Bachelor s or Master s Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
• Experience in projects and plant engineering in the gas or petrochemical industry with extensive experience in project management and coordination, and good knowledge of engineering contracts, process and facilities engineering, operations, environment, safety.
• A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Computer Literacy.
3. Engineering Lead/Manager – 65281
Our major international client requires an Engineering Manager for an ongoing contract in Qatar.
Basic Function and Scope :
Plans, manages, coordinates and monitors the overall activities of Engineering from Feed through EPC phase. Responsible for planning and establishing organizational structure, engineering procedures, engineering standards, methods, and services to fulfill the wide variety of technical and engineering support associated to the Project targets and objectives.
Minimum Requirements :
• Bachelor s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Experience in Engineering work in the Gas or Petrochemical industry, with extensive management training and specialized technical courses in environment, safety, inspection and corrosion and project management.
• A high proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work with MS Excel, Word, and Access.
