Offshore Installation Manager (Indonesian National)

Qualifications/ Experience:
The following skills, experience and qualifications are required:
15+ years offshore facility operations experience with 5+ years of leading or supervising a team of multi-skilled personnel; preferably in a senior offshore position.
Prior OIM experience desirable
Prior projects experience desirable
Subsea and marine logistics experience desirable
Commercial experience and awareness
A strong leader and team player; ability to work in cross functional organization
Experience working overseas in a multicultural environment
Position Description :
The position will be responsible for operation of facilities and subsea infrastructure ensuring delivery of product, on specification, to the customers as per the agreed contract and production schedules.
Technical Accountabilities
Technical abilities for management of fixed assets inclusive of FPSO operations.
Responsible for the endorsement of recruitment for offshore based personnel.
Planning and execution of all maintenance and upgrade projects
Compliance with all laws and regulations.
Customer supply and cost focused
Offshore hook up and commissioning for additional facilities.
Responsible for Compliance verification and personnel competency.
Responsible for implementation of Nationalisation programme and Succession planning
HSE Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with company’s HSE Standards and regulations. Particularly knowledgeable of PTW and Risk Assessment methodology and SimOps application.
Safety of staff and facility
Promote pro-active safety environment
Risk assessment and managing all safety meetings, audits and emergency evacuation plans.
