Requirements:

* Minimum Associate Degree in Engineering (Mining/Mechanical/Electrical//Petroleum/Oil/Gas).
* Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering in Mining Company is good advantage.
* Experience in use of geotechnical software package.
* Rock property analysis based on software and laboratory result.
* Understanding of slope stability evaluation methods.
* Minimum 4 years involvement in open pit slope monitoring and management.
* Good communication in English for verbal and writing.
* Creative thinker and hard worker who is able to work under pressure.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

FUNCTION:

Make sure the activity of training could be well done prepared and delivered to the employee based on Training Need Analysis, and could make the effective evaluation of training.

REQUIREMENT :
*Could be deliver kind of training by tailor made concept training.
*Talk active and Strong English literacy both speaking and writing*
High proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
*Competencies: Integrity, Synergy, Commitment, Communicative, Confidence, Customer Service Orientation, Adaptability, Endurance & Tolerance to Stress, Emotional Stability, Achievement Motivation, Initiave & Information Seeking, Organizing.
*Hold Bachelor degree in Social Science from any reputable university with GPA more than 2.75.
*Male, min 30 years old.
*At least 4 years of experience make a concept of training, handling kind of training and development areas (it will be plus point experience on Oil & Gas Company).
*Familiar with Training Need Analysis and method of Training Evaluation.
